Overview

We began with our Signal Testing methodology to uncover the true needs, emotions, and friction points of their customers while studying real behavior through existing Google Analytics data. These insights guided a thoughtful repositioning toward a clearer, more human centered DTC brand.

We translated function into feeling through color, using warm yellow to visually represent the machine’s electro currents and its energizing, therapeutic purpose. This thinking informed a full brand refresh that included a redesigned website, updated packaging system, and a new photography direction that felt modern, luminous, and approachable.

We then built a new suite of email automations and continued as long term growth partners, embedding experimentation and learning into the brand’s evolution.

• 3,000+ leads captured at pre-launch and $1.30 cost per lead 
• 24 hour post-launch product sell-out
• 2.5% e-commerce conversion rate at launch (no optimization)
