Keta needed help bringing her 3 unisex scents to market. As a one woman show, she partners with Launch Pop to create a digital DTC prelaunch + launch strategy. We started with prelaunch email capture to gain early insights on how to enter the market at launch. Using these prelaunch consumer insights (through paid ads and email), we divised an insights backed launch strategy and was able to sell out of the hero product (Discovery Kit) within 3 months. During the first 3 months of launch we were able to gain additional purchase driven consumer insights to optimize the website and emails.
